Depending on the nature of the Scheme and the type of members it has, it may be unavoidable to pair electronic solutions with manual ones.

We have the capacity, skills and experience to implement the following for nominations:

• Design, printing and dissemination of nomination packs via the post office and or electronically via bulk email and SMS

• Facilitating the submission of nomination forms as well as making an electronic nomination system available for online participation

• Validating and verifying candidate credentials such as educational qualification, credit status and criminal record status

• Facilitating objection to the nominations process and the candidates that have been nomination. This is done manually and electronically.

KDBS has numerous electronic voting platforms at its disposal to cater for the myriad needs of medical schemes. All our platforms are tried and battle-field tested. This also means that they are immediately deployable.

KDBS also supplies election material such as voting booths, ballot boxes, ballot papers, voting stationery, posters, sanitising consumables, etc.

Voting for medical schemes happens before and during an Annual General Meeting. 

KDBS has the system to assist you as a medical scheme to conduct your AGM online, to vote online during the AGM and to issue results immediately.

KDBS has never had a contested election result. The credibility of the results is determined by the credibility of the process, the transparency with which the process is conducted and the legitimacy of the team conducting the election.
